Thanks for the compliment loki but everyone's opinions are different we can't all like the same thing. I am quite happy with the response, it's got better response than some of my other builds. Have you posted any of your builds did a quick search but could see nothing. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

I think its brilliant KP, and i think you're right Loki there should be a category for this type of build, "Mutatating Models" perhaps,i'm thinking about chopping a speedboat in half and attaching it to the front and back of my Victory, equipping it with an RC kit and painting it in a thai-dye style ?. Building: DelPrado HMS Victory. Building: DeAgostini Sovereign Of The Seas.

Kpnuts Never feel disappointed that people don't always leave a message - so many posts and so little time . You have really pulled this one together so well. I really like the way you decide to blend wing and tank together with a combined paint finish. My own personal view (and we all have our own views which should be respected) but I think that looks something real special. Your jet exhaust again very smart and well executed. I bet you could turn out some fantastic scfi futurist models. Keep up the good work. Happy modelling Tony Happy Modelling

Thanks for the kind comments guys i build what I fancy and if people like it I am glad, my modeling skills are average at best and my techniques may not be very good but I like to think my imagination is quite good. I don't tend to build as it is out of the box (there are exceptions to the rule like my Titanic build)(although I wonder how it would look in easyjey colours) so I am glad if anyone likes my stuff, thanks guys. The front Fin/Aerofoil really sets it off nicely, have you thought about putting floats on it so it can land on water ? Building: DelPrado HMS Victory. Building: DeAgostini Sovereign Of The Seas.

Hi gibbo did think of it but even lightened by the carbon fibre at 19 tons I can't imagine how big the floats would have to be, and they would then add drag so would need bigger or more engines which would need more fuel tanks etc etc on and on in ever decreasing circles. Hi Ken, I have to admit I wasn't quite sure on this build when I saw it in it's early days of construction but, the more I see it progress the more it grows on me... Some fabulous imagination and some great skills being shown... She really is looking fab now and I'll be following till the end.... Very well done indeed..... Regards Alan
