Al Good day to you. If I understand your question correctly you would fix the planks central on the front of the bow post. This is unlike the actual Victory build were you have a slot between port and starboard planking along the keel into which you slot the sternpost, keel and bow post. Hope this helps. Hi Allyboy, As Tony says there is no gap between the port and starboard planking so the ends will meet in the center of the keel part 2 Steve
