Hi Malc
I am upto number 8 and have been building as i go but its frustrating having all these sub assemblies lying around. None the less its a fantastic model and will post some pics shortly.
Have you received any of the free gifts yet? i havent received one and they advertise the last of the gifts with the 7th issue i think

No sign of free gifts. I don't think they're doing those in SA.

Pack 9 arrived on time getting quite a collection now.

Time to make a start . Got the parts for out of the blister pack. very impressed with the quality ! The only thing I like different are the decals on the nose cone. i would prefer to have a set of decals to apply myself. The pre-printed ones are a little dull. Otherwise it all looks great. Thanks Andy. I fortunately bought that decal set, and some others, when I first subscribed but hadn't considered replacing the existing markings.....now there's a thought .
I guess I'd have to spray white over the nose (may not match the body later? )

Hi Malc I replaced the shell logo using the decal from that set. All I did was degrease the surface and overlaid the decal on top worked a treat for me. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
