for the benifit of others admin said the following:
I think maybe one of the issues has been that our order form and website state that people will receive 4 magazines every month, rather than 4 weekly (so that they aren't being billed for 2 despatches in a month for 5 week months) which has possibly been overlooked.

Hi there all It might be interesting to note that I was sent an email from DeAg today asking me if I would like to complete a survey. there are plenty of opportunities in said survey to convey our thoughts about quality and delivery times and I think it would be a better option for those who have received an survey invite , to complete it, I feel it would be a more effective way to get through to DeAg with our grievances rather than just throwing negative vibes around on this forum. Well that's one option anyway! Happy building Daffy09

[quote=cham-oo] Ahoy Mateys!!
Try and beat this!! Just phoned DeAg's representatives here in South Africa. I subbed online 29/08/2010. After waiting "28 days", apparently my order was dispatched on the 2nd of October from Johannesburg and will reach Uitenhage Post Office by end of week or next Monday. This is a distance of approx 1200km. Approx. 12 hours drive by car or approx 2-3 hours on a plane.
Hi All Update: Package received by UTH P.O. on 6/10. I received notice today and fetched. True to their word. Thanks DeAgostini/Jacklin! Keep up the good work! Also thanks to our UK "Mateys" to have paved the way! Regards Jacques
