I'm waiting on month 3 now and ordered 4-6 to catch up.

Ups has been a bit slow but it's ground shipping and has to travel across the border (I'm in Canada) customs clearance can be really slow.

Customer service has been great so far and yes I too had the 2nd payment issue that was just a temp hold.

I think everyone is so used to instant gratification, that we have a hard time dealing with waiting..... And that's what this build will be, lots of waiting.

Get used to the idea of shipments turning up at various times and just enjoy the build. If anything gets lost or broken, it will get fixed by customer care.
