If the roll-bar where in scale, I don't think I would even want to touch it. Would be too small and fragile. Like I have said before, I think the small scale is hurting this kit the most.

Ok last of the photos until I get the next issues or someone requests a specific photo.

The first two are what can be expected in issues 3 and 4 as far as parts.

The next four are photos of the different vehicles we get in this kit.

Holy crap I think this kit has just become super popular in Japan. I went onto HLJ to check the status of other items I have on order. Issue 4 of this kit, which I had pre-ordered, is now listed as on back order, and issue 5 shows now, but its also listed on back order.

Hopefully that means good things for this kit coming to the UK and US.

Thunderbird 2 is certainly a favourite model with many.

Had a sales email tonight and it seems even Meccano are getting in on the act

That's pretty cool. Right now I am trying to get the money together to get my kid the Meccano Robot kit. Never had erector sets as a kid so totally all about buying them for my kid to play with. Of course he will probably need some "help".

You bet LOL they need LOTS of grown up help when it comes to things like this, and as grown ups its nice to be able to help BigGrin .

I think i have bought more models on the basis "my nephew will like that one" than i dare admit too.

The train set i bought him he did not like "what a shame as i had to keep it".

Joking aside though it is great to see that meccano is still going after all these years.

As an add-on...

Soon, but not TOO soon.
I've recently signed up for the Shelby, and still have vague hopes the BTTF DeLorean may reappear...

I'll be skint with all these great models - but a nice way to end up skint.

Now - where are my Thunderbirds DVD's ... 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 ......

Maybe no recent parts?

PLEASE.... An update - or anything?

I wish this one was in the UK.

If it comes the UK, I'll be among the first subscribers...

Sorry my build of this was put on hold due to lack of funds. Had to put quite a bit of my hobbies on hold including my DeAg falcon build as well. Right now the only thing I am working on are Gundam kits I have already acquired that I don't plan to paint. Can't even afford paint right now.

Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete
Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete
Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete
