It did not look that good before the sanding. It just takes a lot of elbow grease and time.

Hey your doing so well for a 1st build mate,wonders what future projects will look like after this builds under your belt . Im currently on the yam build [just started on pack 2] so months behind any other builds. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

I have not even thought of another build at this stage there is a long way to go on the Victory. At present I am finding the lining of the gun ports a slow and repetitive, uninteresting job but will have to press on.

Here are some more photos of my progress. I keep on forgetting to update my build as I see some time has passed since my last update. Progress has been steady but the rigging of the cannons made me take breaks to allow relax and start again. This has been the most frustrating part of the build so far. The start of the cannon assembly line. I did a small mod to the axial (I know that is not the correct term) by slipping a short length of insulation from a 3 wire flex over the brass wire and painted it black to made is more in scale. The saddle fitted by I had to deepen the slot in the frame with a 2mm deburing tool. The completed cannon. The arsenal is complete. The grates to Darron's mods.

with the mods you done to your cannons you have gain that clearance in the gun ports every body was on about cannons to beening high looks like you drop them a couple of mm WELL DONE
