A brief on the Liberator "Maulin Mallard" was built at consolodated as a "J" aircraft belonging to 93rd bomber group she flew 115 missions before returning to the states.... so i have started by cleaning the kit in soapy water and started to remove the detail where the etch will go and fill the ejector marks ,the kit detail is heavy but the kit is from the 70s so not complaining .bit of surgery on the cockpit as well more soon Phil tigerace attached the following image(s): COMING SOON =1/72 Italeri diorama`s Battle for the Reichstag and Stalingrad battle at the tractor factory 1/16 Trumpeter King Tiger with loads of extras ON THE GO= refurbishment of 1/25 Tamiya tiger 1 , amt Star trek kits and space 1999 models

Nice update Phil. Nice to see some of these slightly older kits being brought to life. That eduard really makes a difference but looking at a lot of their new releases the prices seem to have gone through the roof. Hope it all continues well. Happy Modelling
