Hi All More progress, after the cockpit etch was finished the fuselage sides were joined then the wings and tail planes added. The air brakes were fitted to the rear fuselage next then the forward cockpit anti glare cover along with some ariel's along the dorsal fin and tail fin. Lastly the equipment plons were added to the wings and fuselage. Currently she is standing on the unladen undercarriage legs to keep her off the ground But I will be fitting the laden legs also provided in the kit as there will be a full load of ordinance fitted to the wing pylons. Hi All Time for paint, the model will be finished in the night version so the underneath is painted black but the upper surfaces will still have the camo paint. First paint on the upper surfaces is Sandy brown. More soon. Bit more done, the undercarriage is now fitted and the engine and removable cowl mounted on the fuselage. The prop is just mounted for show at the moment and still lots to add like the weapons pods. I will be adding napalm , mini gun pods. rocket pods and bomblet pods to the wings along with a central drop tank. More soon.
