for those of you waiting on pack 2. there is still no word on when it will be restock. seems there is big mess on getting the parts. might send mine back and get refund. Customer service can not answer any questions at all about when it might be back in stock. i asked if anyone has called the main office to ask what is going on and got the "i do not know answer"

Three months and counting on back order of pack two. With no answers or clue as to when it will be in stock. You would think a company would make back orders a priority in getting parts to customers or informing customers as to correct status instead of having customers calling them and getting the famous reply “I dont know”

That is all true but the bit I find most astonishing, is that there seems to no one in the company who knows what's going on or is remotely interested in finding out.
I have been thinking about my next build but I must say, I have no confidence in anything being delivered on time or even at all, in the way my Victory was when it was first announced, and that's a real shame.

I agree with you about confidence in getting parts. In fact my wife asked me to do the Sovereign of the Seas fir my step son. But due to the issues i am having with my Victory and issues i am seeing in the Sovereign build forum i am thinking i would be better off getting it from a different company

I am returning my full kit of Victory for a full refund due to the inventory issues. The i do not know answers are getting old and will order from another company from now on
