Next up date :- Have been continuing with the engine part of this build. lots of pipes to shape and fit (If at first you done succeed) Next job is to add the stack. One thing I have notices is that there is not a piece of 1.5mm brass long enough to provide the two Top Chimney tie-rods. Just as well I have some in my stock. This is not the first problem I have had. The two pistons described as "preformed metal" were not supplied in my kit. Have written to OcCre but no response. I suspect this is due to the current shut down across Europe. Again not a major problem as I was able to make my own from some 10mm plastic plumbing pipe. As this build progresses care is need so as not to damage parts already attached. As I have mentioned before the instructions for this build are mainly pictures of how it should look. To make things a bit easier I have scanned the instructions onto my PC. The instructions are easier to read on my 24" PC screen and I can zoom in if necessary Current Build:- [color=blue]Stash Avro Lancaster (Full Kit)plus some extra issues I picked up at a good price [color=blue]Built:- Norman Catapult by Mantua,Roman Catapult by Mantua,HMS Victory,HMS Victory XSection,Focker DB1,Bismark,English Carronade Titanic Lifeboat,American Civil War Gatling,Hummer,Sopwith Camel F1,Occre Jupiter ,OcCre Wagon, Latina Arab Dhow, Eaglemass Orrery OcCre Rogers 119 [color=red][color=red]RB7,OcCre Missippi River Boat, Model Airways Fokker DR1 OcCre London L>C>C 106 Ugears Scrambler, Ugears Hexapod Explorer UGears Off-Road Vehicle

With the present lockdown and even if I did go out the shops are mostly closed I am at a pause with my build. Need some more paint. It is on order and has been dispatched, but the post is somewhat erratic at present. That's not a moan just a statement of fact. Still the garden is getting a lot of attention at the moment and at least we have sunshine. Pictures attached of my build at present Be safe everyone GilShapley attached the following image(s): Current Build:- [color=blue]Stash Avro Lancaster (Full Kit)plus some extra issues I picked up at a good price [color=blue]Built:- Norman Catapult by Mantua,Roman Catapult by Mantua,HMS Victory,HMS Victory XSection,Focker DB1,Bismark,English Carronade Titanic Lifeboat,American Civil War Gatling,Hummer,Sopwith Camel F1,Occre Jupiter ,OcCre Wagon, Latina Arab Dhow, Eaglemass Orrery OcCre Rogers 119 [color=red][color=red]RB7,OcCre Missippi River Boat, Model Airways Fokker DR1 OcCre London L>C>C 106 Ugears Scrambler, Ugears Hexapod Explorer UGears Off-Road Vehicle

Lovely looking model Gil. Love the choice of yellow that you've used here, which compliments the black and metallic parts perfectly.
Well done!

Love this build Gil something different to look at plus, you may be able to make rails to fit and a small stand, that would finish it off. Regards Trev Work in progress: Tombstone (Scratch) - San Francisco 2. -The Mayflower ( scratch by plan).
OcCre- Santa-Maria (Kit).

I'm sure you already know, but you can buy a short length of G45 garden rail from any hobby shop selling garden railway stuff. It's a cracking looking model...
