Hi Karl! Yes, you are right.  DeAGOSTINI Japan sells paint kits for natural and colored type, too. There was a bill about the kits in the 1st issue. They also send the Japanese builders the same free gift that UK builders know. If I made the VICTORY, I would try natural type.  I guess many Japanese builders are visiting this forum to refer to UK builders diaries. I will put the information from you on my website. Thank you for sharing the information. Hi Yaturo White Ensign Models and Cornwall Model Boats also do a victory paint set over here but the cost of shipping may be more than buying the paint set available in japan.If your going for the natural finish please note that some builders [like son of bulwark] have replaced some of the parts with other hardwoods to get the finish they want,this of course will cost more as sourcing and buying the hardwood venears will be on top of the subscription costs.Hope this helps regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
