Hi Steve! You need to reduce the last ribs to match the angle of the false keel, it isn't you that's the way the ship is made most of the last ribs get filed or sanded off. If the keel is 2mm in at the top, the transom thickness needs to be reduce 2mm at the top and if it is 6mm in at the bottom then again reduce the transom 6mm at the bottom. It is very important to get the stern right the transom needs to be flat to the false keel or the rudder won't fit. Darron

Glad to see your back on her, the ports will get easyer as you do more just measure everything at least twice before you cut and you will be fine. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
