Very neat work indeed.  The use of lattice decking is a neat touch, much nicer than the round-holed, brass etched mesh we were supplied with, although the gapped planking is extremely nicely done. How far are you going with the detailing? Schnellboots on back burner

The detail on the launch has been based on the fact that we have to wait that long in between issues and also the fact that if it all goes wrong we can always get another issue. The gapped decking was done by sticking it to .5 mm plasticard first (just to make it more difficult lol) i wont be putting in that much detail tho sted, think its a thin line between just right and over kill, dont want to lose the launch so to speak, willz attached the following image(s):

Woohoo! A scratch built anchor! Given the scaling clue, supplied by the tin of Humbrol enamel, I'd wager it is a bit more to scale than the Amati version (which just about scrapes past the 'if it looks right' scale of measurement). Nice job and, given just how fiddly that must have been, very well done! What are the flattened ends of the anchor hooks made from? Schnellboots on back burner

They are made from my favourite toy of the month .5 styrene (plasticard that I learned about on this forum) just love the stuff Willz
