Nice work Walter, love all your little extra details and paint touch-ups, they will certainly add more realism to the finished model. Well done.

Thanks guys! @Steve: I must say, it was a mess - more so, as i accidently cut off the small pins at the end of one of the pipes, which made the assembly even more fiddly. My wife had to live with all the cursing :) Greetings, Walter

Hi DaDokta- I was just wondering which decal sheet that FIA sticker was on. I have the Museum collection sponsorship set- from Hobbylink Japan- and the tyre decals, but it's not on either of those. I have had another look at the HBLJ website, and can't find it on any of the pictures of the sheets there either!

Matt, If it helps, I think I have the same decal sheet as Walter, with the FIA sticker included. It is a Museum Collection sheet, product code MCLDC-720. Here is a link to it http://www.hlj.com/product/MCLDC-720 but unfortunately it is currently shown as out of stock. (The FIA sticker is located between the final 'o's of the two large Marlboro logos on the illustration.)

Walter, For some reason I can actually see photos on the forum today (!), and I'm looking at the first photo in your 4th October post, showing the engine block with the fuel hose rack and injectors. In the spirit of helpful criticism I have to say that it doesn't quite look the same as mine does, suggesting that one of us has got it wrong. (It may well be me, but I hope you understand my sentiment when I express the hope that it is you... ) Anyway, in your photo it doesn't look like you have managed to get the injectors to lie over the fuel hoses, as per the diagram at bottom right of page 466. In the diagram the injectors (shown as red lines) lie over the top of the fuel hose rack (shown as a straight yellow line). The photo at bottom centre on page 467 shows them lying as per the diagram. I remember that it was a real sod to get them interlaced as per my interpretation of that diagram, hence my hope that I have got it correct...

I have looked at mine and the official build and think he may be right Walter. I don't know if it will make a massive difference though. Senna mclaren mp4/4 build complete mp4/4 build http://forum.model-space...spx?g=posts&t=12029
