I too have just found that the money has been taken out of my account even though I have not yet received my delivery, and despite being told at the beginning of the subscription that we would always recieve our issues before money was removed from our accounts. I just contacted customer services which was a complete waste of 15 minutes of my life, all they would say is that it was too late to stop the money coming out.......even though there was a posting from admin some time ago about the deliveries being delayed due to bad weather. We had a small amount of snow here, and post has continued for most of it, only missing out a couple of days deliveries at the worst point, and I know that another subscriber not 10 miles from me in an area that had just as much snow as me has received his delivery a week ago, so i don't understand why there is so much of a problem in my area. CS told me I have to wait until next month before contacting them again. Admin, is this the return of the poor delivery service and bad customer service again?

Has nobody listened to the news, There are over 40,000 parcels and other items still awaiting sorting and its getting worse and to add the Christmas rush of parcels from online shopping as its too bad weather to go out shopping...They normally get 2500 parcels a day but this xmas time its over 4000 a day plus the back log from the last snow fall.
This is the reason why most people have given up contributing to the forum from users complaining about late deliveries.
Like I said its christmas next week and there is bad weather. There is bound to be delays... All online retailers cancelled their nextday because it was taking 5 days.. Second class is 3x aslong..
Rant Over..
PLEASE BE PATIENT YOU WILL GET IT.... On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.
