I am also having the same issues with missing issues. I have not received 16 issues of my full kit purchase. 1 of the Binder sets and the mounting bracket. CS says the same thing, "Out of stock" with no ETA. trying to get help from the admin here so I will keep everyone posted but reading all the shipping issues I am becoming very concerned.

Hello,
I just bought this kit yesterday. It looks like a lot of people aren't getting their parts they paid for, and it is making me concerned. Should I just cancel my subscription? I mean honestly, if it's going to be a headache, I will just buy the Bandai perfect grade. Is stock an issue right now? They shouldn't be taking new orders if they can't honor the orders. Please advise.
Thanks,

It’s a fluid situation and difficult to determine what might be out of stock by the time you need it but replenishment is ongoing and you will receive all issues.

Thanks, All orders will be honoured. All orders will be honored but in what timeframe? Setting the terms of a monthly 12 month subscription and then sending parts 4 months late (from what I have read on here) isnt honoring the order. Is this going to be a headache or will the out of stock issue be a problem? Im thinking of ordering the first 6 months in a 2 month frame so at least I am ahead of the curve for the out of stock issue. Or should I just cancel the entire thing if its going to be an issue?

I too have been told packs 15 and 16 are on back order. If they do not have all the issues how are they selling full kits. I had to wait over 2 months before to get issues. This is not honouring the 12 month agreement we have. If I am made to wait again it is a breach of contract thus I will request a full refund and return a half completed model to them.

It’s impossible to say what might go out of stock and don’t think there is a faculty to order in a 6 month batch, it would need to be monthly or full kit. If you have concerns, it’s best raised with US customer services who are best placed to advise the stock situation as the forum does not have access to such.

I have been waiting for the 8 issues that are included in months 15 & 16 of the 12 month subscription for 4 months now. My last shipment was back in October 2018...I received an email back in November 2018 that my payment for months 15 & 16 has processed but it never shipped. Have contacted US CS but no help at all. What's going on?

Just thought I'd post a quick update, I've received all my issues now apart from issue 90. My last shipment was November last year. I've contacted customer services a few times since then but get the standard "we are awaiting stock" response. I appreciate there have been stock issues, etc but it would have been nice to get some kind of rough estimate of when I could expect it. Previously I've had more help from this forum (Tomick I think who has been especially helpful) than from C/S. @Tomick if you are privvy to any additional information about the stock issue and are happy to share, it would be very much appreciated Thanks

Update for me as well. Still waiting on months 15 & 16. Going on 6 months now for me as last shipment was October 2018. Still getting the old waiting on stock line from customer service. How many others are stuck on these two months?

I can't get an answer about my order to save my life. Out of stock out of stock out of stock
C/S says the same old stuff and in this forum... Mark no longer is Admin. This is crazy and they still are selling complete kits without mention of "OUT OF STOCK"

I wanted to know when Model Space will be shipping out the months that most of us are missing for the Millennium Falcon? I've called and get the same thing said over and over that they are coming in, but they never do. I have tried contacting both the US and UK customer service by email and never got a response. They state they will get back to you in 48 hours after sending a message but nothing is ever replied back from either. Some customers have been waiting since last year and I have been waiting for almost two months for my months 15 and 16. I don't feel like we should have to wait forever since we have invested so much money and time in this hobby to wait forever and never getting a response from no one. Can a admin please give us a response of some sort. We would appreciate it.
Thank you
