Hi Zeb, The Hull will be sanded very smooth and then will be sprayed with a grey acrylic paint,at the same time as the brass etchBigGrin Regards Mike

I then cut out all the part as per the instructions, I filed off all the burrs, and assembled the parts as last week:-

Are you using a "foldmate" to do the angles? I brought one years ago and never really used it so gave it to Bigmal as he was just down the road from me at the time..
