Pack 5 Stage 32 The smokebox door lock. Pack 5 Stage 34 The boiler 2 The first job on this is to put the handrail brackets on the top boiler half.you really need the handrails for this that come in pack 6. As I needed to clean paint from holes to get them to slide on. And it is far easier to line them up with handrail in place, as slightest bit out is going to give you trouble fitting them later. This also sees you put the handrail brackets in the front half of boiler to.I lost count how many times I dropped the nut trying to get it on in front.  then you remove the joint ring from front half to glue the superheater header into this ring. The grey plastic part.then it fix to half's of boiler together, attach it to front half. Pack 5 Stage 35 The boiler 3 This sees us build up the tapered part of the boiler. Then attach it to the rear of boiler. Simple screw together job this stage. Pack 5 Stage 36 The firebox 1 This sees us attach the control valve lever, glue in 4 fusible plugs. And again fit more handrails.again using handrail to keep it all in line. Then just simple matter of fixing to rear of boiler. Pack 5 Stage 37 The firebox 2 Much the same as the previous stage.just couple more parts added.the ATS system, whatever that is doh. And place the generator on top. All fitting together very well. And just couple shots of how looks now.as this concludes pack 5. The yellow tape is to hold the white walkway parts to the boiler.as these are rather fragile at the moment and could easily be broken off. Dave finally snapped the water pipe off the front. Hi all onto pack 6.this can be completed apart from issue 43, as this needs to be remade to maintain quality. A letter was put in pack 6.saying this will arrive in pack 7 now. Stage 38 The boiler bands. Pack 6 Stage 40 Building up the dome. First job in this stage is glue the steps to the boiler seats, then screw and glue to boiler. Then it make up the sandbox lid, and glue this into dome. Then glue in the lock bar, control valve, and whistle into the dome.
