Hi All,
Thank you all for the nice comments Blushing
Here I have finished 2nd planking the lower hull and fitted the Prow. The plastic molding wasnt the best so had a play around with a knife/sandpaper and Filler. It looks ok but will need a little more tickling when having the Grey coat.
Cheers for Looking
Chris..

Hi Chris,

I would say that we are at exactly the same stage in the build, i am having a little difficulty getting the plastic to wood transition at the prow completely smooth, in the recessed section of the plastic to the wood have you applied a thin wooden strip to bridge the joint?. I think this could solve my particular problem if you have. Are you going to do deck detail now or finish the hull?

The build looks great by the way, looking forward to following it further.
Cheers
Peter

Hi Guys,
Here are a couple of pics to be getting on with. I am trying to complete the hull before the decks so am not going in issue order.
These latest pics show the Armour strip down the side which the kit doesn't have but I have chosen to install.
