Yikes!! I looked in on your build Phil and thought I'd tuned into an episode of David Attenborough's 'Blue Planet'!! With all of those wheels laid out in rows like that it looks like the suckers on a giant octopus and he's wrapped his arms around your modelling bench! Laugh

I don't envy you cleaning up and painting that lot, but making good progress with this already!! Blink

each wheel is in four parts Blink

took quite a few sessions BigGrin

but got there in the end Cool

Rear idlers put together BigGrin

there are injector marks but only on the rear surfaces and can`t be seen BigGrin

Next the shock absorbers added BigGrin

along with more reworked parts at the drivers and radio operators station sponsons sides Cool

missing parts and i moved certain parts as they where in the wrong place Cool

Nice work on this Phil, really making some good progress with it and well done you for your perseverance with all of those suspension parts, wheels and sprockets! It can be boring doing repetitive assemblies like those but I find a constant flow of good coffee and some good music usually keeps me at it and then it's all done before you know it?!

SO i fitted the next update to the side sponson on the radio operators side which is the( missing from the kit) shock absorber cover BigGrin

while waiting for some supplies to arrive pewter sheet and paint Blink

i started on modifying the gear box and its cover here on the front part i rounded the edges as these parts, as they are cast on the real tank BigGrin

so also will be adding rough texture and the casting number`s Cool

Then the cover which is wrong Confused

missing detail and the appearance when finished will be seriously altered ,so all the detail was removed and filled and then set about correcting it Cool

pictures are before then after but still quite a lot to add before i move on from this part BigGrin
