Finally received part 64 so I'm able to get cracking and finish the build. Here's 64-67 then 68-71.

Very nice Ian.

Sadly I am still awaiting some parts. One being part 08 which is critical to continue the build, seeing as the series has now finished you would of thought that at the least the earlier parts would have been sent by now Cursing

Thanks.
Its been a nightmare getting the parts on a timely manner. The worst part now is that the panels are different colours so I've got to see what can be done about that now

Certainly doesn't show Eaglemoss in a good light does it?!! Blink Huh Glare

I like the look of this and I believe they did the Aston Martin as well which was equally cool, but I wouldn't buy any of their products from what I've read about the company?!

The aston had the same issue with the different colour panels as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend them after the GTR

They'll need to do something. Unfortunately, I'm one of very few to have gotten hold of the parts to finish. Although the colour issue leaves me reluctant to complete it until they give me a solution

Well, I bit the bullit and put it all together despite the variants in colour on the panels. Best case Eaglemoss will sort it (Not holding my breath) worst case i'll take it apart in the summer and respray it all.
So here's the final stages!
Bonnet & Sills

Passenger door

Drivers Door

Boot

Finished!!!

That is a stunning looking car!! Having worked in the motor industry for many moons, I know the issues with paint, and silver is the worst. If every panel is not painted with the same batch mix, there is always shade variations, even if the next batch is mixed in the same proportions. I hope you get it sorted, but I am sure that with the skills you have, a full respray will be a perfect solution.
