thanks tom,hi gandale, only stained and not planked lower deck,,expecting some exit ways and hatches,so you only gonna see a black hole instead of a white one.tom me o'l mucker, strange they suppling a ply deck over the beam???don't see the point?suppose it will need some support. Fantastic work there Karl as always, she's coming along nicely. By the way that was a fantastic picture of your boat yard by the way, lots of projects under construction there. You said your starting to veer away from the magazine? Are we talking enhancements here? Regards

Correct, another deck over the beams which does not have any grating or companionway holes.

Very nice Karl, likewise I am putting the beams in the lower deck but also planking but I am holding of until I see all the stern bits as I want to put in the stern chasers. There are a lot of mods required in this area if I am to succeed. All the best mate, Sandy

Karl, were you at the newsagents as soon as it opened this morning? Model boats built so far:-
Billings Cutty Sark Scratch built twin IC RC Vosper MTB. Scratch built rc electric hybrid. Scratch built rc IC hydrofoil (ran happily on snow as well as water!) Plus numerous numerous RC planes. Under construction Sovereign of the Seas! 1200:1 HMS Victory (by Mantua) The Battleship Yamato (seriously considering building as an RC model)

Karl, might be an odd angle photo but your frame 27 appears to be sloping backwards when it should look upright in relation to frame 26 even though 27 its not yet glued.
