Never have, never willBigGrin you should see the other end...it's like currys shop floor, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, upright freezer & under counter freezer...village quite often gets snowed in!I also have my car tools in a big rolling cabinet & there is a workbench as well.
There is a build diary Karl,I just haven't done anything since just before we moved last July....decorating,doing a garden that was all grass & had never had anything done to it since house was built 40 years ago except mowing the lawns,as we live immediately below what used to be a hill fort, followed by a saxon stronghold followed by the Normans our garden is full of rocks...for every 3 or 4 spades of earth you get half a bucket of the @%$£&~# things! This has made the garden a labour to rival any of Hercules efforts...but it's virtually done now so I can start chillaxing!

Karl,my build diary is already on here, have made the link below work so that it goes to it.

Hi Guys

This is my workshop that it actually split into three parts(No heater required for my workshop just an air con and beer fridge)LOL

1. The dining table
2. My tool storage shed is just an old shoebox
3. All packed up on the freezer ready for dinner - There really is a beer fridge just to the right of the freezer
4. Outdoor workshop

Thanks Ian BigGrin. I know what you mean I think I may struggle to fit the Victory on it! The Mclaren only just fits.

I do like my Proxxon Karl. LOL

The mill doesn't get used as much as it could but the mini circular saw & disc sander are very useful.

Well done for thinking this thread up Karl, a brilliant idea!Cool

This is my horrendously overcrowded kingdom in the sky, (literally as it's up in the attic!) The hatchway is directly below the bottom of the pic and the 'wall' on the left side is actually the chimney breast, do a U turn around the chimney and you come to the little computer alcove where I'm sat typing this!
As I said, very cramped apart from just after a periodic tool tidy up (not very often I'm afraid) but the workroom was vastly improved by the fitting in of a Screwfix Skylight which not only lets in far more light than its small size would suggest but is essential to good ventilation, especially when I'm casting white metal. Before the skylight went in I registered a July temperature of 120F! Crying Needless to say I didn't do much up there on that day!
Like most other scratch building modellers I follow the standard first rule: NEVER THROW ANYTHING AWAY! IT'S BOUND TO BE USEFUL ONE DAY! BigGrin
I would have liked to take a longer wider photo but the rest of the attic is jam packed with anything which will fit up there, this is as far back as I could get! Blushing

Keep the thread going boys!

Robin

PS I didn't print this pic off first to refer back to so I didn't realise you can't actually see the chimney breast on the left, just the things hanging up on it!

Just thought I would share my new work shop.
It is a work in progress but I think I will have enough room now and with not being able to build due to illness over the past several months I feel rearing to go and get back on it.

All comments welcome and any ideas great fully excepted.
