This is certainly growing into a big beauty Andy. Those little PE additions really make this a nice model. Bravo so far and looking forward to this progressing.

Hi Andy, not really into military modelling myself, used to build gliders in my youth but that's about all, some of them actually flew, if only for a short while....  .... I do love following your builds however, they are very informative and the tips you provide are superb.... will keep watching to see how this one develops...... very well done..... Regards Alan

Hi All done a little more, the etch is taking longer than expected but I have made up one side of the floor plates, the hand rails still need to be fitted here but they will go on last. Hi All I have now finished the floor plates apart from the railings [more etch to go on these too] . Also iv made up all the major components that were left such as the main mortar and shell load tray. The mortar had moulded in rifling but also supplied was a replacement etch item which has been fitted and the spring action recoil has also been fitted. Hi All Some more progress on the hull , The majaratory of the etch has now been added to the hull and the final coat of dirty yellow added, also the loader ,gun , and gun carriage have had there coats of yellow and any etch added. The railings have had the etch brackets added and have been painted ready for fitting. The eghaust pipes will be fitted last after the camo has been sprayed.
