What a difference a coat of primer makes!Blink BigGrin Nice even coat and you can tell you have spent the time with shaping of the hull, not a sigle plank shows, you can't even see it is wood. Top work, I wish I had that patience and skill with wood builds.

Hi Guys, Sorry for the delay in update. I bought vallejo model air "hull Red" sprayed it and found it more brown, look at pic 1.. So after few days in between work , worked out what cross reference I needed from Rn19. I bought Model masters crimson red. So much more like red oxide now.
This was my first time airbrushing Enamel and thought it quite eash. Only problem i have is Overspray in areas. If i flat it down it gets a sheen. Should I get an Acrylic(Alcad Flat Laquer or Vallejo Flat) and give it a go over them flat it and another coat.. Please advise. Thanks Chris...

Hi Chris colour looks spot on.

Hi all, Today I have installed the second deck and fitted the brass decking plates. They've had a white undercoat. Instructions say paint before fit but I thought I'd get a better finish painting on.. Thanks Chris.
