Nice work Mike, I'm enjoying watching this one come together. I'm an armchair modeller at the moment and your build diaries are so comprehensive it's almost like the real thing.LOL
I know what you mean about Rattle Can Painting it's satisfyingly simple. I have a love/hate relationship with my Airbrush, I seem to spend 90% of the time cleaning it, 9% of the time trying to get the paint viscosity right and the remaining 1% using itBored

Hi Andy,Thanks for your nice commentsBigGrin I agree with all your points re the air brush, as a modeler of older years I find the old methods more comfortable, but I do embrace new waysBlink Best wishes Mike

The last photos of the gun turrets show the use of the Humbol paint sea grey 27 and tank grey painted on the floor of the turret, and I have fitted some of the plastic pieces to the deck section.

At this point I fitted the two walls aft of the deck, suitably primed and sprayed sea grey 27 (all my work is by following the instructions):-

at this point I primed and sprayed the ships boats I have not fitted the railings yet as I feel it is better to fit the deck covering first, so I can get all the levels and lines in order.

Thats all for this session I hope the photos tell the story, I will leave you with photos of the boats in progress, Questions and comments welcome. Kind regards Mike
