Thanks Derek, appreciated.... All of the basic etch has now been fitted to the next level of the aft superstructure. First thing to be done though was the making up of the louvres, the one on show had some 30 tiny parts to work with. That's two levels of the aft superstructure ready for priming, now to decide what to work on next.... .. Until next time, happy modelling all. Regards Alan Gandale attached the following image(s):

As a first-timer to this etch work modelling, you are doing a great job, Alan, I would have blobs of adhesive all over the place or not use enough and everything would be falling off again. I guess its all in the preparation and gauging the amount of adhesive to use? Perhaps someone could post a tutorial about this aspect, or has it already been done? Chris

Beautiful work Alan, I can see already that this is going to be an amazing model when finished, even though you still have a very long way to go with it?
Definitely a build worth watching, very well done!

Thanks everyone for you continued support, appreciated as always. Small update. Next level of the aft superstructure has now had all its basic photo etch parts fitted. Removed all the necessary moulded detail first, including the 20mm gun mounting points on the deck. Noticing now the aft superstructure is growing and taking shape, these have been dry fitted only. There is still lots to add to it yet. Now to decide what to do next.....Decisions, decisions..... Regards Alan Gandale attached the following image(s):
