Hi All This month its making up the right sleave, so far I have finished off the chain mail attachments and added then to the sleave added the backing cloth and sweade hand protector applied. lastly the wrist straps have been added. You certainly have a lot on the go at the moment Andy, don't know how you can fit it all in. So far your Armour is looking great, Im still waiting for pack 11 to arrive, never been this late before. Still it gives me time to do some work on one of the additions to the Armour... Keep up the good work.. Bob.

Hi All The second gauntlet is now compleat and attached to its shoulder piece , with this issue the armour stand family crest cloth is included so it has been added to the stand and the armour fitted on top. Hi Andy, I`m loving this kit and your build diary. My grandson would actually be able to wear that to a fancy dress party, now wouldn`t that be cool, but I think he would have to be super glued to a seat so it didn`t get damaged. ooops, hang on a minute, that may be classed as child abuse !! Hi Derek Your right it would easily fit a small child and i have already been asked but i think its like you say not for the rough and tumble of kids but the super glue may get you arrested. Fantastic work Andy, I'm not much good with sewing - is it fairly simple work with this kit or not? Also, I wonder if there are any suppliers of half size movable mannequins to use with this? Steve

Hi Steve No idea on the mannequins but its just simple sewing along plates or using the chain on the mail and some edge work, its the lacing that can be a pain as the laces all have to be prepared with points and sealed ends and the laced in the correct manner for the tassets, although all the processes are quite simple after the 1 st tasset is compleated.
