Issue 22 Another pure collection issue where we receive two halves of the flaps for the right wing.

Update 23 as in issue 16 we receive the leading edge slats and gearwork for controlling the flaps. Construction will be delayed, the two halves of the flaps don't fit correctly and will need some adjustments to make them submit.

Issue 23b All's well that ends well. After some prodigious filing and scraping the flaps go together like it's all they ever wanted to do.

It really is amazing or rather will be. Luckily we will soon leave the extended collection phases behind us and will have more chances to actually build stuff.

Issue 24 We receive the starboard position light. Again it's a bit too bright here, so have a picture from the inside of my cupboard.

And we've only just touched the surface, in the truest sense of the word. Issue 25. Upper half of the wing. Another collection episode. Carrying on...

26 & 27: 2 for the price of 1 (my news agent had a hospital stay last week) Just like on the other wing, spoilers and electrical parts are installed. This concludes the wings and things move on to the landing gear The entire build so far:

Thanks everyone Issues 28 and 29 Last week we received the parts for the left landing gear wheel (which I couldn't fetch until now) and this week the first parts of the landing gear strut itself. Installation is done in a minute, though it WOULD help to have uncut fingernails to seperate the strut halves. I recruited one of my female colleagues for that task. Updates will resume after the holidays at the end of August

Nice work Michael. Any brake lines included in the kit, or will you be scratchbuilding some?
Keep up the good work, looking forward to your next update after the holidays.
