Access ways and grills look really good. When you are working with brass such as this Andy do you coat the parts to stop them weatheringbover time or donyou prefer to leave them as they are so they can take on an age look over time - i never know which is the best way to go. Hope it all continues well as its a jolly smart looking craft. Happy Modelling

Hi All More fittings and bits done, the wheel deck was made up with 3 x 1mm added underneath to raise it off the deck and then the surround placed and then planked. The wheel brackets were then assembled and the wheel added to the deck along with the binnacle, this started out as a square piece of 6 x 6mm and was carved into shape. The two holes below the wheel are for the rope that goes down to the steering and the hole at the rear is for the flag staff. Also made up the ships pump from the parts supplied and a little fettling was involved here to obtain the desired result. More soon.
