Hi All The rear deck edges have now been filled and sanded back making the hull and deck one piece now. I have also started to place the side stringers along the bow in readyness for the forward deck. More soon. Hi All I started fitting the front deck firstly adding the step former where the bridge bulkhead will be. Then the same way the rear deck was done by drawing around the hull the upper bow deck was cut out and then hand trimmed to fit the hull and the center hole for the bucket that holds the front gun cut out. Still need to scratch build the bucket and put some braces across the hull to hold the deck. More soon.
