Flying yellow Folland Gnats, one of the RAF display teams was originally called 'The Yellow Jacks'. Continuing with the Gnats they changed the colour to red and were renamed as the now famous 'Red Arrows'.


Name the year that the RAF Display Team first flew as 'The Red Arrows' and name the EIGHT pilots who were in that first team (RAF rank, initials and surname please) one of whom would go on to be a VERY famous display pilot, along with his son!!
