Good morning from 'The Dockyard'.

This week has seen me apply the embossed plastic rivet and weld line decals to the replacement lower hull.

I love these embossed decals from Archers Transfers, USA. They're not cheap, but worth the extra cost in my opinion.

The decals are now complete and the next stage is the fun part; painting!Love

On another note, I have noticed that during the last 2-3 weeks I have encountered problems when uploading my posts. I experienced the same issues with U230 Part 1. The only reason must be the large size of this build diary; Part 1 was 106 pages and this build, Part 2, is now up to 80 pages. The time taken doubles when posting an update, which is frustrating. Now i know how to get around it, I will start a new build diary in the next week; Part 3. I will include links on Part 3 to this build diary, Part 2 and also Part 1, to help any new members navigate through.
