Thanks mate!
Glad you like it!
I'm starting my Tamiya 1:12 MP4/6 within a few weeks, hopefully it's big enough to get some really cool detailing

Awesome work. I'm not into F1 but this is a beauty and I might build one some day just because it's such a cool car. Definitely tempting after looking through your build diary. Happy building :-) http://www.model-space.com/gb/

You'll need deep pockets if you go looking for one, they are generally way over the £1,000 mark and getting rarer year on year and must now be only a handful of unstarted kits that are commanding silly money prices. Here's one of them - only 2,300 euro.. http://www.bestbalsakits...tail.asp?kitnumber=1073
Another route would be to combine the standard Tamiya 1/12 scale 1974 M23 and the Ejan 1976 M23 Hunt/Mass transkit, which actually produces a better model than the Entex/Edai Grip which is dated in terms of its content, the Transkit has latest multimedia content and is accurate as you can get for the M23 Hunt car. Though you'll have to do a net search for the Tamiya 1/12 M23 kit as its now discontinued in it's re-released format and the old Yardley M23 format.

Ones popped up on EBay and had 8 days left for £50.00
But the condition of the box isn't great and I have asked if it is complete,
I think I will get a Yardley McLaren after my next build! Loved building the DVF engine!

Indeed I did a bit of search and the price is "a bit" over the top. Appreciate the pointers, Tom. I will have to wait now anyway - being out of work doesn't help with model purchases Any images I post on my personal builds are free to be used and shared under Creative Commons Attribution license, which means you can do what you want with them, on the condition you mention I'm the author.
