Nice work May, you need a lot of patience for this hobby, so some naughty works now and then is perfectly acceptable. Mark Regards Markwarren (Mark) Admin

Yoga, might be useful though, lots of deep breathing to calm the nerves..... .. Doing a great job and look forward to seeing your next update..... Regards Alan

Regards Alan Hi, Thank you Alan, I think the language would be far worse if I tried yoga many moons ago I was attempting to build a flat-pack wardrobe, nothing was going right and then I realised I had placed some glue where I shouldn't have done, in a fit of rage I threw the bottle of glue behind me not knowing that my sister was standing there - she had that black eye for ages it's one of those "do you remember when..." stories that always re-surfaces at Christmas parties! Hi May,
For those small parts like the pivot pin, that shoot out of tweezers, i recommend a pair of Spencer Wells artery forceps. I use 9 inch curved ones. They are available from Amazon for around £5 or less. They gently clamp the small part so you cannot easily lose it.

Hi, Sadly the people who own the newsagents I've been getting my copy from each week have had a close family bereavement and have closed the shop down for a while, so I'll pick this diary back up again when they re-open. See you soon May.

Hi, I know.....I know... just when you thought you'd gotten rid of her she crops back up again The shop actually reopened back up again the following week but I decided to get myself a bit more organised. So I've spent the past few weeks finishing of a number of needlework projects I had on the go, none of which I am sure would be of any interest to you chaps but it does mean that I was able to clear some room in my little craft area so I no longer have to carry everything up and down the stairs to the kitchen table every week as my builds now have a permanent home. With that done I picked up this weeks issue 32 this morning and have spent the afternoon working though these last 5 issues so I'm now all caught up Anyway enough about me how have you chaps been....... Issue 28 Front Left Suspension This issue is a repeat of issue 27 but thankfully for me the parts went together a lot more smoothly May. MFG attached the following image(s):

Hi, Issue 29Sump and Torsion Bars Not much to do in this issue, it was just a case of clipping the two parts together. May. MFG attached the following image(s):

Hi, Issue 30Cooling System For some strange reason the JP07 screw that holds the fan in place didn't want to go in straight but it finally behaved it's self in the end, apart from that everything went together just fine. The hose part 30-5 isn't used so that was labelled and stored away. Unfortunately the picture of the final assembly turned out yellow, something I didn't notice until I came to do this post May. Hi, Issue 31Front Subframe I had a bit of trouble getting the fan assembly onto the frame as the pin just didn't want to line up and some of the screws wouldn't tighten up they just kept going round and round but the parts they hold in place seem secure enough so as I have done in the past, I've just left them be. This issue has really brought the frame to life, it looks fantastic May. MFG attached the following image(s):

Lovely work May! It's certainly coming together now. I used to get that yellowing on my photos too, caused by the low energy bulb that used to be my main workshop light. Now I have multiple rows of white LED strips and the light is much better for photos (and eyesight) Keep them coming! Hi, So on to this weeks issue then..... Issue 32Steering System Next to building the wheel this issue was the most challenging one for me so far in the build. I had a hard time installing several of the elements in this issue with the biggest culprit being the two anti-roll bar mountings that just didn't want to go into place, but a cup of coffee later (sadly to early for wine!) and a few deep breaths and they eventually did as they were told. It was worth the agro though as I now have a fully working steering assembly Several of the parts supplied with this issue aren't used so they were stored away So that's the diary all caught up with then, hopefully I can get back to weekly updates again. Thanks for dropping by May. MFG attached the following image(s):
