Hi All More work done but not much it just seems to take ages doing anything on this build, oh well onwards and upwards. The outer hull has now had the brass nails added and the gun ports painted red, the two gun port covers have been made up, painted red and the blackened hardware added. Inside the three knee's have been added after painting black and the centre one drilled out for the table support. The two block fittings have been made up and added to the rafters. More soon regards Andy arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Hi Steve Thanks for looking in and your comments, your right about the gun ports being chunky but it also gives an idea about the true size of things on these ships and sort of makes a mockery of the metal castings suplyed for some kits regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Hi All A little more progress. I have spent most of the day rigging up the Gun port hatches after fixing in place with the blackened brackets . Fiddly time consuming work but the results speak for them selves I think . WTG Andy, Having seen that detail, this has deservedly gone to the top of my hit list. May have to wait a short while though, as there`s now two builders in the family. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Hi Jase I changed the build sequence by not adding the top deck so there would be better access to this area as I could see it could be problematic when adding parts. There's more to add in the centre like the table and storage rack which will be added before the top deck is added and the collumns. Hi All I have started to make up one of the gun carriages just some pics of the main parts. The square block with the 5 mm hole in it to the right is the drill template provided in two parts and glued together to centre the dowel rods in the axle blocks. more soon regards Andy arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
