Why oh why is it so difficult to get in touch with De Agostini?
My son has seen a model he'd like , and I have a query about buying another myself .
So who to contact ?
I could list all of the addresses that may be appropriate , but will not bore you .
Suffice it to say that out of the 14 possibilities , not one recognised either of the two passwords that I am forced to use.
Why two passwords ?
Because De Agostini don't want to know about Model Space ?
I cannot in all conscience recommend the model to anyone given the frustration of finding a way through the maze of addresses .
Here are my queries .
1) How do I go about getting a second D51 without causing problems with my
current subscription ?
2) How can we get a subscription to the widely advertised Millenium Falcon
model which is not shown as being available via the webshop ?

HA!!!!
I just received a reply to an email I sent asking how to contact .
It told me to contact the address that I couldn't contact .
Brilliant or what ?

Hi Mike You say you have tried many addresses but have you tried to speak to Customer services - Tel - 0845 1489 251 I'm sure they will be able to answer your questions and get this sorted for you. Regards Steve
