If no one home, it will be held at the sorting office for up to 14 days.

Hi i have just signed up and cant wait!!! Just wondering though whether it is actually 14-21 days? only i have had my confirmation email but not money has been taken.
Also do you just take £40 from my card each month or do i have to keep paying each month?
