Apologies for the quality of the pictures, but here is how my loco is progressing.It is certainly getting to be a heavy beast and i can't decide whether to leave it in a natural finish, paint it black or maybe a half and half scheme.  Spal attached the following image(s):

Just an update on work so far.The cab is a bit fiddly and care needs to be taken fitting the windows if you want them to open. I should stop to take more pics but get carried away when building Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Spal Lovely build you have on the go there. I have the first 2 sets and looking forward to making a start on my own with the third delivery. Appreciate your dilemma as to the finish to use. In polished metal it looks fab. A painted finish just as brilliant and some good examples in the other builds being posted. Which ever way you go it's going to be a brilliant finished model. Just a small update on my progress so far. Have assembled the front bogie. And then fitted it. Heres how she looks at the moment.I have left off the deflectors for now. Then the trailing bogie was started and will be completed when my next pack comes. Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Spal It's a very exiting moment when new parts arrive. Had my pack 4 last week so still a long way to go. You look like you have your hands full with all those different builds. You will have plenty to keep you busy now that the winter months are approaching. Looking forward to seeing how your latest parts go together. Happy Modelling

Pack 18 parts. Having fitted the braces and end pieces from 2 of the packs. The third pack contains the tender sides and rear panels. Thats it for another month. Al Spal attached the following image(s):
