Don't know if this is the right way to flag this up, but has anyone else had issues in getting replacement parts? My pack 5 arrived in bits. This was reported mid March, 3 phone calls later to customer services and still no parts. Normal deliveries have continued, just missing pack 5 and stuck on the build.

Hi Hobbes and welcome to the forum.. PM Admin with your account details and the problem your having with issue 5 and hopefully they will sort it out if you have tried all other avenues without any luck. Spencer
