I think ive found a ship similar to the pearl thats done by revell there are a few different things on this ship but you'd must admit its damm close

I think ive gone closer again...the east indiaman the bp was a hybrid of this ship...was the pearl made from white oak ?

As soon as that Revell kit was released I had the idea that it was the Black Pearl without the licence. It could easily be converted no problems. If you are going for a plastic build I would still go for the Zvesda though as this is the best in my opinion and wont require any mods (apart from ditching the plastic ratlines).

Looks good but is the detail there?..I think Stevie is right with the Zvesda kit.. ratlines can be modded!
