I think ive gone closer again...the east indiaman the bp was a hybrid of this ship...was the pearl made from white oak ? Supaheli

As soon as that Revell kit was released I had the idea that it was the Black Pearl without the licence. It could easily be converted no problems. If you are going for a plastic build I would still go for the Zvesda though as this is the best in my opinion and wont require any mods (apart from ditching the plastic ratlines). Steve

Looks good but is the detail there?..I think Stevie is right with the Zvesda kit.. ratlines can be modded! Promise too much ...and many will be in search of you!
