Hi Guys,
Im new to the whole posting things and also to the RC world.
Just a question, do you get some tools with the kit or must you get your own? its not a major thing as im pretty handy and as a guy i have loads of tools,spanners,etc... i was just wondering, cos its always good to have the the right tools for the job and i dont want to use the wrong size tool for the job?

You need your own. The only tools that really come with it are the wrench for the wheels and glow plug as well as a small allen wrench for the knuckle arms. So far (I am at issue 32) I have needed a sharp Xacto knife, Size 0, 1 and 2 phillips head screwdrivers, a straight edge for cutting out decals, smooth jawed pliers. That's really about it. Good luck!

Hi David and welcome to the forum. Aquinin is correct with the tools. You can get the screwdrivers at Midas. See one of the postings on the Any Subscibers section and you can see what they look like.

Hey Guys,

Thanks a lot.

Look like i said i have got my own tools, i was just wondering if there was anything specific/special that i needed. But i appreciate all the help. I have already started on my build well because i really just couldnt wait any longer(im like a child in a sweet shop BigGrin . ) Yet my dad on the other hand, he has a little more patient and will power, than what i am/have and he said he first wants to see how i do it.
