I don't frequent this forum too often, so I was surprised when I called in today to see so many disgruntled people. In contrast, I have experienced nothing but good service from DeAgostini to date. Delivery times have been "acceptable" to me. In fact, I just received my Issues 19,20,21,22 today. Quality has been high and any build problems have been no more significant than those found in ANY other kit of this size and complexity. I'm not sat behind the letterbox waiting eagerly for the next parts to drop through, because I've got other hobbies to occupy me, so maybe that's why I feel a bit more chilled out than some other guys on here. One thing's for sure - all this negativity can be very damaging! I can't afford to lash out £500 on a boxed, unsupported kit. I value this part-payment system very highly and thank my lucky stars for all the support available throughout the build process, both in the magazines and from this forum. So please, don't spoil things - if you're going to go, go quietly and let the rest of us enjoy 2yrs of friendship and comradery. Tom Quentin Tarantino - Hallowed Be Thy Name!
