It has been noted that the part numbering for each stage does not correspond to the pdf instructions which are downloaded each month. This is due to the inclusion of the X-Section build being incorporated within the main ship build.
The problem occurs due to the fact that the X-Sections stages are not numbered on their packaging but are numbered throughout the pdf instructions, this in effect puts the packaged stage numbers out of sync to the pdf stage numbers by 5 stages, and this increases by 5 stages after each X-section pack is released.
If you are building your model month by month as the packs arrive then you may not have even noticed this but if you are storing your parts each month for a future build then you may want to re-label your parts as they arrive with the corresponding pdf stage.
It may also be an idea to store all the X-Section parts together after re-labelling themHere are the corrections in full - Updated Nov 29th 2015

I decided to bring my plastic clip lock container containing all my parts inside out of the garage today as I didnt want to end up with warped parts.
Took the opportunity to sort through all the parts and put the correct numbers on, will update each pack now as it arrives
