Pack five arrived yesterday, box undamaged, pack 4 came with the A3 cutting mat, you should contact customer service for yours. Be persistent, they are very busy and some things probably fall through the cracks, I was shipped a defect brake rotor and have made two calls to get a replacement, which I am assured will ship by Tuesday.
