I have subscribed to the D-51 and got my first parcel. It only contained Stage 3 - the Chimney stage. I have contacted customer support to sort it out. Just to confirm though, what should I have got in Pack 1? Stages 1 to 4? Thanks. Cheers

Your pack 01 should have contained 4 parts sets which tie up with the 4 build stages of instructions

Hi Tomick, Hate to do this on the Forums, but still having problems here. I have contacted Customer Care a number of times but the issue is still not resolved. Is there anyway to give them a nudge and get them sorting it? Latest email sent to them was entitled "ModelSpace PL000198 Subscription for the D-51 Locomotive" Cheers
