welcome. I haven't built that ship, but it liiks really nice. Are you busy or planning to build it? if so, good luck and enjoy. I have finished my endeavour, and now going over the rigging looking for mistakes. (I've found a couple, I was pretty cross eyed from working with huntreds of tiny little ropes!)

Hi Jamesbet

Welcome to the forum, glad to have you on board. I built a plastic Heller kit a couple of years ago but the maid dropped it !!!

Greeting All
Thanks for the warm welcome. Progress thus far, Hull & deck planked,, brass work on upper hull fitted and now I am ready to paint the hull this weekend with some luck.

I have made some progress on some of the smaller detail part in between the planking process.

Has anyone experiance with photo etching as the part supplied is scratched to "heck" and one sided and etching will be a mess at best. The process seems easy enought to follow I am looking for local supplies of reasonably priced brass sheet and photo resist varnish any advice welcome.

Will post photos as soon as a camera becomes available

Regards
jamesbet
