BigGrin Hi All

Pack 13 arrived, This month involved finishing the rear hub off and fixing both rear hubs to the shock bracket which was then added to the floor pan that had been joined together and a stiffener added to the whole assembly.

She is certainly starting to grow now with the floor pans joined and gives a great idea just how big this model will be.More soon.

Regards

BigGrin Hi All

Pack 14 has arrived and we start off making a spring rod that is attached to the floor pan along with the battery box. The cables wouldnt stay in between the pins for me so I just used some tape to hold them in place. Lastly for this part the front spoiler is attached, this is a tight fit but it goes on with some manipulation.

Next its the fitting of the front subframe this again is a tight fit but fits ok in the end. To this subframe and the body the front hubs are now fitted and the cooling hoses fixed to the front spoiler. Lastly for this stage the steering rod is fixed to the hubs.

The rest of the front suspension is now added to the body and the bottom plate added to hold everything in place. The Tie Rod for the steering is next made up and fitted in place. Lastly for this stage the red rear Underbody plate is fixed to the body with two screws.

More soon

Looking good Andy BigGrin, I see you got all your hoses attached ok, I notice today when I put the front hubs on one of the hoses as too short, tried both rear ones too. Turns out I got 3 short and 1 longer Laugh,

BigGrin Hi Dave

Thanks for looking in and your comments, sorry to hear you had some short hoses and it sounds like a pain to get them replaced with back issue's hopefully sorted quickly though.
