pinning the chains to the hull Options

Please forgive me I know I must seem like a real moaner but, in issue 100 it tells you to pin the chains 3mm above the black strip but if you look at the pics. it seems to show their pinned to the strip itself any ideas anyone? as I hope I haven't done it wrong Confused

Hi Jethro, you're not a moaner and please do not hesitate to ask any questions at all where you feel unsure, we are here to help you if you need it... On this particular step I decided to go by the pics when pinning these chains and pinned them to the wale, as can be seen on my build diary, post 2782.... Cool Cool ..
